We have moved the production release for only this release to Saturday instead of 9 October to reduce impact and risk on customer environments. A database upgrade is taking place, which includes an expected additional downtime of ~30 minutes.

In addition, we'll be migrating to Zendesk on Saturday, Dec 13th. This might affect support functions such as the integrated help chat. In case you experience any issues, you can reach us at support@gorilla.co and via the Customer Service Desk at https://support.gorilla.co/
